Massage therapy treatments are available by appointment only, Sunday to Thursday weekly. Please note that mobile appointments are only available to returning clients at this time, and current mobile clients can book a massage by reaching out to Janai directly via text or email. New clients are welcome to book in at the Silverado location. Thank you for your understanding.

Massage Therapy

A hands-on treatment performed in order to increase circulation and relaxation, as well as decrease muscle tension. Your therapist will tailor your treatment specifically to your needs using a variety of massage techniques.

Since graduating from Vicars School of Massage Therapy in 2017, Janai has been working as a full-time RMT in the Calgary area for over eight years.

Janai was inspired to become a massage therapist after experiencing the healing power of massage for TMJ dysfunction and related tension headaches. With the help of her dedicated massage therapist, Janai was able to go from nearly constant headaches and jaw pain to a state of relief with minimal discomfort from jaw dysfunction.

Janai is passionate about educating clients regarding posture and body mechanics in order to maximise the positive effects of massage both during the treatment and beyond.
