Thank you for your interest. - Appointments are available to be booked online Monday to Thursday weekly from 2:00pm to 7:00pm at the Airdrie location. - Be sure to book ahead to avoid disappointment. Appointments after 5pm are the most popular and can be booked up to several weeks in advance. Massage Therapy

A hands-on treatment performed in order to increase circulation and relaxation, as well as decrease muscle tension. Your therapist will tailor your treatment specifically to your needs using a variety of massage techniques.

Since graduating from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in 2017, Janai has been working as a full-time RMT in Calgary for over four years.

Janai was inspired to become a massage therapist after experiencing the healing power of massage for TMJ dysfunction and related tension headaches. With the help of her dedicated massage therapist, Janai was able to go from nearly constant headaches and jaw pain to a state of relief with minimal discomfort from jaw dysfunction.

Janai is passionate about educating clients regarding posture and body mechanics in order to maximise the positive effects of massage both during the treatment and beyond.
